The Board voted unanimously in favor of a motion to recommend to

C.O. 9 95-265 be approved.

THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a part of parcels of land located at 1181V and 1185
Hammond Street (Tax Map No. R-9, Part of Parcels 1 and 2) from
General Commercial and Service District to Urban Industry District.
Said part of parcels containing approximately 45,000 sq. ft. and
being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
