TWT WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council, in its capacity as the Municipal Officers of the City of Bangor, held a public hearing pursuant to 17 M.R.S.A. 82851-2859 to determine whether or not the structure located at 10 Clinton Court, Bangor, Maine on a lot described i a deed recorded in Volume 5611, Page 106, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, owned by the Irrevocable Crummey Trust, of Bangor, Maine, constitutes a dangerous building within the meaning of said statute; and WHEREAS, based upon the evidence presented at said public hearing; the Bangor City Council finds that the building or structure in question is structurally unsafe; unstable; a fire hazard; unsuitable or improper for the use or the occupancy as residence; a hazard to health or safety because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence or abandonment, and dangerous to the life and property of the inhabitants of the City of Bangor; and WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council hereby adjudges said building ostructure to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17 MrR.S.A. §2651-2059, NOW THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor; ORDERED, THAT said building or structure shall be disposed of as follows: (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished bythe owners; within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this Order, said demolition or removal be performed in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor; and 95-186 (2) In the event said structure is not demolished or removed within thirty (30) days as provided above, the City's Director of Code Enforcement and Fire Prevention may cause said building or structure to be demolished or removed, all expenses incurred thereby to be paid by the owner(s) or assessed against the property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A $2853; and (3) The owner(s) of said structure shall remove all personal v property located therein. In the event n that the o er(s) fail to comply with this order, the City's Director of Code Enforcement and Fire PIevention may Iemove and dispose of said personal property. and be it further ORDERED, That the City Solicitor, or his representative, i hereby authorized to take any and all additional necessary action to secure the demolition or removal of said structure.
