Stewart, The property in question was sold by Mr. Stewart to the Bangor Halfway House on July 28, 1992. On April 1, 1993 the status of the property was changed to tax-exempt. However, the FY 1993pn wed by Mr. Stewart were not paid at the time the property tran (erred. Street. 95-1]] MUNICIPAL ODITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to BANGOR Nza,pwaY HOUSE, INC., Grantee, as successor in title to Dean P. Stewart, of said Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, all right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the land located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 52 Division Street i said Bangor and described in Volume 4143, Page 265, Penobscot Registry of Deede. Designated as City Real Estate Account Number 95647, formerly 40527. - Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John Quartararo, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1993 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 5344, Page 341. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1993. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH CYR, Acting Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of April, 1995.
