Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of an
undischarged municipal
cipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1993 against property owned by Hlldreth E.
Tilley. Earlier this year, taxes were paid for 1993, 1994 and the
first half of 1995, together with the administrative quitclaim fee.

TAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the city of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City
may have 1n the real estate located at 267 Pearl Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed
against the above-described property for tax year 1993. Said deed
shall be directed to Hildreth B. Tilley.

MUNICIPAL OOITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releasee to
HILDRETH B. TILLEY, of Orrington, Penobscot County, Maine, the
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows:
Real estate located at 267 Pearl Street in said
Bangor and described in Volume 4809, Pages
46-48, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is
further designated as account number RE 98287.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John Quartarar0, Collector of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1993
by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
n the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume
5344, Page 365.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1993. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed inits corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day Of February, 1995.
