The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of a
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1992 against property owned by Pierce Block
Realty Trust, successor n title to Franklin Street Associates.
The 1992 tax lienin question was paid but never discharged on the
record in the Penobscot Registry Of Deeds.

TELT Sohn Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City
,may have in the real estate located at 23 Franklin Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien assessed
against the above-described property for tax year 1992. Said deed
shall be directed to Pierce Block Realty Trust, successor in title
to Franklin Street Associates.

MUNICIPAL OVITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to PIERCE
BLOCK REALTY TRUST, a cessor in title to Franklin Street
Associates, of Bangor,, Penobscot County, Maine,the property
located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 23 Franklin Street i
said Bangor and described in Volume 4324, Page
349, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This i
further designated as account number RE 45639.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John Quartararo, Collector of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax years 1959
and 1992 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 5100, Page 334.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or .other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed i its corporate name by
JOBS QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of February, 1995.
