The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of an
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1993. Recently: the Cityreceivedpayment in
full of the 1993 tax lien, together with the 570 administrative
fee. There are no other outstanding taxes on this account.

TMT Sohn Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City
may have in the real estate located at 19 Summit Avenue (land) in
said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien
assessed against the above-described property for tax year 1993.
Said dead shall be directed to Richard M. and Deborah Campbell.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to
RICHARD H. 6 DEBORAH CAMPBELL, both of Brewer, Penobscot County,
Heine, the property located in said Bangor and more particularly
described as follows:
Real estate (land) located at 19 Summit Avenue
in said Bangor and further described in Volume
3924, Page 190 and volume 3977, Pages 48 and 49,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. This is further
designated as City of Bangor property tax
account number 53270.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John Quartararo, Collector of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1993
by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume
5343, Page 128.
The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year.1993. All public easements o
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR -has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorised,
this _ day of January, 1995.
