Kmidaley and Arlene Chase a 124 Washingtm Street, Suits 201, Foxhom, Mwsachwats. Sgt. John Rwch received a postcard from these people soliciting applications from police departments that wished to receive a'grams for promoting"Community Safe Driving". Grantsof$250wouldbegiventothefirst 100 police departments that applied. There were an restrictions an the grant aha then it had to be wed to promote safe driving. Sgt. Roach explained to me that he realises he is suppoeed to get Council authorization before making an application but by then it would have bean too late w the application had to be in by the next day.
