The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue of a
undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds for the year 1992. Recently, the City received payment in
full of the 1992 tax lien, together with the $70 administrative
fee.

TnT J. Thomas Hicks, City Treasurer, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City
may have in the mobile home located at Lot 185, Queen City Mobile
Home Park, in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal
tax lien assessed against the above-described property for tax year
1992. Said deed shall be directed to Donna Turner.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to DONNA
TURNER, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the property located in
said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate (mobile home) located at Lot 185
Queen City Mobile Home Park in said Bangor and
described as a 1977 14x66 Beaumont/Pres. This
is further designated as account number RE
84517.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John Quartararo, Collection of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1992
by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume
5102, Page 37.
Thepurpose of this deed is to release any interest the
City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid
taxes assessed for the tax year 1992. All public easements or
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
J. THOMAS HICKS, City Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of December, 1994.
