The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the Bangor
Housing Authority's (BRA) actual total weighted Public Housing
Management Assessment Program'(PBMAP) score and statue.
I am pleased to inform you that the BHA's total weighted
PHMAP score for the assessment of its fiscal year ending 12/31/93
is 97.62 percent. A PHA that achieves a total weighted PEMAP
score of no less than 90 percent shall be designated as a High
Performer. As a result of the BRA's total weighted PEMAP score,
the BEA is hereby designated as a High Performer.
Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment which entitles
you to the recognition and relief afforded pursuant 24 CPR
901.135 and Chapter 11 of PHMAP Handbook 7460.5.
The enclosed Scoring Report shows the grades for the
indicators used in the assessment.
The BEA's score for Indicator Y2, Modernization, is 7.50 (75
percent) and the grade is "C".
The basis of this PRMAP score includes the certifications by
the BEA. An on-site confirmatory review may be scheduled at a
later date in order to verify data which was certified to by the
BEA.
