THAT the seeing boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 718V Odlin Road (Tax Map
Mo. R-30, Parcel 13) from Industry and Service District to Urban
Industry District. Said parcel containing approximately 2.75 acres
and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

a. GENERAL DESCRIPTION. Applicant requests a zone change from
Industry and Service District (I & S) to Urban Industry
District (UID) for a 2.75 acre parcel located at 718V Odlin
Road (Across from Dowd Industrial Park).
b. LAND USE AND ZONING POLICY. The City's Comprehensive Plan
Zoning Policy Map indicates that this area is to be zoned
for urban industrial uses. The proposed zone change from a
I & Sto a UID is consistent with the City's land use Policy
for this area.
C. URBAN SERVICES. The proposed site is within the Primary
Service Area and is served with a full range of public
utilities and services I -
d. -EXISTING CONDITIONS. Currently, this site is vacant. The
site is surrounded by Dowd Industrial Park to the north, two
singlefamily dwellings to the east, I-95 to the south, and
by vacant land to the west. The property is surrounded by
I & S zoning.
e. DECISxON CRITERIA. The basic issue for any zone change i
its consistency with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Staff
feels that the proposed zone changers consistent with the
Comprehensive Plan zoning policy for the area. Staff would
recommend that the Planning Ward recommend approval of the
proposed zone change to the City Council.,
