COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:35 p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Greene Councilors Present: All Adjourned at 9:30 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr.Nick Bearce of Dillingham Street followed up on comments he recently made during the school budget approval process. He clarified how he feels that we should measure the quality of education and that those measurement should be part of the budget process. Mr.Jason Lewis, 20-26 Broadway,asked the Council to revisit the Conditional Use Land Ordinance regarding radio towers in residential neighborhoods. This was referred to the Transportation&Infrastructure Committee. COUNCILOR Public Hearing: Application for Special Amusement Permit, Scott David Huntley,DBA Fuzion, 123 Franklin Street ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open the Public Hearing Public Hearing Opened Eileen Hodges,David Case,Barbara True&Susan Dollar, who are all current residents of Franklin Place, expressed concerns about this business including noise issues from patrons leaving the establishment between 11:30 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Thursday,Friday&Saturdays, litter in the back parking lot, patrons throwing beer bottles at the Franklin Place building, and hanging out in the street and parking lots and fighting.
