PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. David Grant, owner of 33 Charles Street, expressed
his concern over the city's reimbursement rate for subsidized housing. The recently
adopted rates will be referred to Government Operations Committee for further
discussion. Mr. Ching Lee Lu presented the Councilors with a brochure detailing
the new Power House Teen Program offered through the Salvation Army.
