COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Greene Councilors Present: All Except Stone Adjourned at 9:50 p.m. PROCLAMATION: Honoring Dr. Clara Lincoln Swan on the Occasion of HAWES Her 95'x'Birthday PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. David Grant, owner of 33 Charles Street, expressed his concern over the city's reimbursement rate for subsidized housing. The recently adopted rates will be referred to Government Operations Committee for further discussion. Mr. Ching Lee Lu presented the Councilors with a brochure detailing the new Power House Teen Program offered through the Salvation Army.
