Chief Foley explai i that presxRly the Ambalance Service operates at the
basic service level. At this level, the City cannot provide certain services
wxE it arrives at the scare, requiring that bacM p help be ottai i. a
City loses moray because it cannot provide the higher level Advanasi Rafe
Spport (A ) service. The Department presemtly has five ambulance
atteMaMs Who are A certified, and Foley's reguest is to train five
ahiitieal smployees at this level thereby providing coverage on all shifts.
Fie estinetes the rest to he $10,000 and money is available in his budget from
savings in other areas. This is a request that has conn through the employees
at the Department ami they are willing to laovide this service through the
reminder of the (Anion Contract at no aMitiona3 compensation.
Both the City Manager and Fire Chief support this proposal. Bob Fetzer notmi

Business Plan. Dale and Austin Rally, Course Slupeiintedaut, re Vi Med the

questions concerning the averall operation of the Golf Cryan.
At the Conclusion of the presentation and discussion, a four Point Staff
xecmmmdatiru was proposed. Incli~ were the following:
1. A 108 increase on season pass costs;
2. A cap on the number of Season passes between 310 and 320;
3. Frz current daily play rates at existing levels;
4. established 9 -hole fee on the reg Course for marriage before
