anticipated this will go in late in the summer.
• Anticipated use for 2010:
o The American Cruise Line will likely have 5 visits this summer with one of their
vessels requiring dock space for up to two weeks. They will have no more Nan one

There is significant interest in continued seasonal dock rentals

o Docks 1 & 3, a portion of Dock 4 for the seasonal rentals and a sufficient section of
Dock 5 (Ne heavy vessel dock) to accommodate a single cruise boat.
o Staffing for 20 hours for 22 weeks
IV Future Issues for Committee discussion:
• Plight of the "grey building" which is deteriorating
• Information kiosk
A joint meeting with the Parks and Ree committee. (Dan Field who also saves on this
remittee will pursue this. A fall meeting was suggested, hopefully after the small vessel
access is in and its utilization and potential can be assessed)
• Moors and the Army Corps Permit
• Collaboration with Brewer
• Dock upgrade program
• Ahoping center, perhaps with private grant funding
