The City Manager indicated that Austin Kelly suggested one way of developing a formula to set aside reserve funds would be to take a certain amount of money per round and allocate that amount into a reserve fund. The approximate number of rounds per year is 30,000 and theamount of 25 to 50 cents per round had been suggested. Councilor Tilley felt the suggestion was to add an additional charge to the current fee but the :staff was under the impression that this was not Mr. Kelly's intent. The Committee recommended that no action be taken on this matter until the staff comes back with more detailed information. 3. Council Order 84-212 - ZoidisProperty. The Committee recommended that the Council defer action on this Order based upon Ed McKeon's memorandum to the City Manager raising the question of longterm problems of creating a park that could interfere with any future development in the downtown area. Committee adjourned at 4:09 p.m
