Meeting Convened at: 5:30 pm

Committee voted to move into Executive Session to hear the
Hardship Abatement Request. Following the hearing, the
Committee returned to Public Session and voted to deny the
request.

Committee noted to move into Executive Session to
discuss the disposition of land. Following the
discussion, the Committee returned to Public Session
and voted to retain the piece of land in question for
the time being. Staff was instructed to inform the
interested purchaser of this decision.
