Soucy Subdivision. The Committee unanimously agreed with the City Engineer's recounnenclation that Phases I 6 II of Pins Meadows Subdivision ba cohacmcta� with the initial expense of the road and sexass (estimated at $224,150) he paid by the City out of the General aim Sewer Reserve funds. They also agreed with the remmendation that the assessments, estimated at $3,074.00 per lot, be assessed as each lot is sold, abject W the ceipt of an acceptable subordinate agremnat frc m the developer, and provided that all assessments for the forty-six lots in Phasas I aid II be levied at the and of three years from the date of completion of the construction and the submission of a final report to the City Conocil. 2. The City Rgineer discussed the construction of Springer Foal which will be going in from the Mogan Road to serve Shaw's. It was the E ginger's recotnenaation that the site wok ($500.000) and road work ($115,000) be put out for bid by Shaw's in one bid package which world result in loo and more beneficial unit prices. There would be a separate unit (rice and breakdown for the road work and the reoomendnd City participation is to be Sob of the City's Engineer's estimate for the road work or of the actual bid prices received, whichever is lower. He indicated that Shaw's bidiiug list will exclude two bidders. The City Engineer will he wbmitting a report to the City Council for their May 13Nn meeting.
