ITEM N1 - Council Ref 1- Council Ordinance 98-406, Chapter 291, Article III, Section 40, Subsection G(2) of the Code of the City of Bangor- Resident Parking by Permit Only - Sweet Provision A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage of this item to the full City Council. So voted. JTEM k2 - Council Referral - Council Ordimocc 98-407, Chapter 291, Article 11I, Section 40, Subsection G of the Code ofthe City of Bangor- Parking Prohibited at All Times - Hancock Street A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage as ameMed of this item to the full City Council. So voted. ITEMk3- Council Referral- Council Ordinance 98-408, Chapter 291, Article HL Section 0, Subsection G ofthe Code of me City ofBangor - Resident Parking by Permit Only -Schedule XV A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage as amended of this item to the full City Council. So voted. ITEME4- Council Referral- Council Ordinance98409, Chapter291, Article IN, Section 38, Subsection A(4), Schedule I of the Code of the City of Bangor - Parking Prohibited at All Times -Broadway A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage as amended of this item to the fall City Council. So voted. ITEM#5- Maine Rural Cellular Corporation(dcel)-Reviewand Approval of Building and Site Development Plans as Provided for in the Telcom Drive Development Policy and Standards A motion was made and seconded to approve the building and site plans for Unicel as presented. So voted. FTEM k#f - Bangor Savings Bank - Review and Approval of an Agreement to Grant Bangor Savings Bank Permission to Maintain Lights and a Heating System Installed in the City of Bangor's Sidewalk on State Street (this is an extension of a prior approval) A motion was made and seconded to approve the agreement with Bangor Savings Bamc as presented. So voted. ITEM 4 - Bangor Savings Bards- Review and Approval of an Agreement Granting Bangor Savings Bard: Permission to Landscape and Maintain a Portion of the City's Property Adjacent in the Bank in the Kenduske ig Plaza (this provides for a revised landscaping plan) A motion was made and seconded to approve the agreement with Bangor Savings Bank as presented. So voted. ITEM D$- Council Order- Condemnation of Building at 33 Cumberland Street The property owner requested of the Committee not to take any action to condemn this property as they would like to demolish it. Staff stated that a public hearing has been advertised and is requited prior to passage. Committee recommended that the public hearing be opened and continued without action until the November 23 Council meeting in give the owner until Nen to demolish the property. ITEM 42 Council Order- Condemnation of Building at 13 Nelson Street A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage. So voted. ITEM#11- Council Order- Extending Purchase Option Agreement for Purchase of Bangor Waterworks - Eastern Maine Healthcare A motion was made and seconded to recommend passage of the extension of the Waterworks option agreement.
