item/6ubject: .Amending Chapter V, Article 9, Section 20 of the
Laws 6 Ordinances of the City of Bangor -- Public Sewers and Drains
Responsible Department: Engineering
when the public sewers and drains ordinance was first enacted to
require charges for drainage from roof drains to be read on or
after December 31, 1996, it was to meet the requirements of the
Consent Decree with the EPA. Since that time the Consent Decree
has been modified to extend the time and City staff believes it
appropriate to amend the date to December 31, 1999.
