COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Councilor Cashwell Councilors Present: All Except Stone&Allen Adjourned at 8:45 p.m. Public Recognition: Appointments to Various Boards, Commissions& Committees 06-096 ORDER Accepting the Recommendations of the Council's GRATWICK Personnel Committee and Appointing Its Nominees To Various Boards, Commissions and Committees ACTION Passed PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Gene Ptatt,a resident of Old Town,brought forth an issue regarding the seating arrangements for handicapped persons attending Concerts at the Civic Center. Mr.Pratt is a disabled citizen,who was frustrated With the lack of a response from various staff when he pointed out his concerns initially. City Manager Barrett indicated that he wanted to get contact information From Mr.Pratt so that they could work together to help resolve this issue.
