PUBLIC COMMENTS: Kelly Coutiaux and Heather Parent Representatives of Bangor
Beautiful Presented a "Tree City"Plaque to Calib Hand and he presented the plaque to

the Council. Heather Foster of Orrington spoke to the council about her concerns of
Criminal Activity in Maine.
