COUNCILOR Meeting Convened at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by Mayor Farrington I Eight Councilors Present Meeting Adjourned at 10:14 p.m. LEADING PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG I WAS CALIB HAND FROM ST.MARY'S SCHOOL. Calib was Mayor for the day and gave a reading of what he would do for Bangor if he was the Mayor. IHe presented the each Councilor with a gift. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Kelly Coutiaux and Heather Parent Representatives of Bangor Beautiful Presented a "Tree City"Plaque to Calib Hand and he presented the plaque to I the Council. Heather Foster of Orrington spoke to the council about her concerns of Criminal Activity in Maine.
