COUNCILOR Convened at: 7:35 p.m. Chaired by Mayor Farrington All Councilors Present Adjourned at 10:08 p.m. Proclamation: Honoring Kay Lebowitz on the Occasion of Her 90a Birthday Mayor Farrington presented the proclamation to Kay and wished her a very happy birthday. Jean Deighan presented her a gift from the Bangor Museum& Center for History. William Knight of the Maine Troop Greeters presented Kay the group's Everett L. Steele Memorial Award. Several other people came forward to honor Kay and present her with gifts and happy birthday wishes. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Chris Tucker from the Laborer's Union—Local 1377 Handed out information to the Council regarding bids for the new Police Station Building. He voiced concerns about one of the contractors that has submitted a bid and urged the Council not to grant the bid to that contractor.
