PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Brad Wellman and Mr. Ryan Cain requested that the
II newly formed Cultural Commission consider commemorating monuments. Sgt. Ward Gagner
Of the Bangor Police Department asked the council to take another look at the recently
negotiated union contract,as the officers feel that they are not being treated fairly. Mr. Victor
Cassoy of 260 Hammond Street spoke against the Racino.
