PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Tom Mooney,39 Parkview Avenue,suggested that
playgrounds be free of dogs. Specifically,Mr.Mooney express concern regarding
dogs that are not being properly controlled at Chapin Park. Mr.Mooney felt that when
Citizens make complaints to the government,they should be properly heard.
Barbara Tracy,a crossing guard at Forest Avenue&Garland Street,indicated
that she had experienced a problem with a dog in this same area. This
issue was referred to the Government Operations Committee.
