Pickets

Based on recent discussions by the Municipal Operations
Conmiittee, it has been suggested that Council Ordinance 96-199,
pending under unfinished business, be divided into two ordinances,
one to address permit issues for parades and public assemblies, and
a separate ordinance to address the issue of targeted residential
pickets. A revised version of Council Ordinance 96-199 is printed

by changing the words "one -hundred feet (100')"
to "three -hundred (300') passed by the
