There is a pending sale of the property located at 1022V Kenduskeag
Avenue, currently owned by Brian s Robin Ashe. Our office has been
informed by the attorney handling the closing for the Ashes that
there is an undischarged 1963 municipal tax lien on the record in
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. The tax account is current and
the administrative quitclaim fee for preparation and recording of

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal'
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 1022V Renduskeag Avenue in said Bangor by virtue
of an undischarged municipal real estate tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Brian
H. S Robin J. Ashe, successors in title to Avis L. Jellison. -

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to SHIAM H. S ROBIN J. ASHE, as Grantees, of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, successors
n title to Avis L. Jellison,
the property located in Bangor, and more particularly described as
follows:
Real estate located at 1022V Eenduskeag Avenue,
and further described in Volume 748, Page 124;
Volume 997, Page 106; Volume 1332, Pages 1 s 2;
Volume 1773, Page 213; and Volume 4669, Page
142, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. This
property is further designated as City of Bangor
real estate tax account number 59229, Assessor's
Map R33, Lot 3B.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by Ralph L. Waymouth, Tax Collector) for
unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1963 by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded i
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 1892,
Page 237.
The purpose of this dead is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by
virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1963. All public
easements or other public interests in the described premises for
roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has c sed this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of July, 1996.
