Councilor Baldacci has requested that such a procedure be prepared and established, by Ordinance, in Chapter I of the City's Code. The attached Ordinance amendment would create a new subsection 6.7 in Chapter I, Article 3 dealing with Special Committees. Such committees would be established by Council Order which would specify committee purpose, composition, manner of appointment, and term of existence. The memberships of such committees may be drawn from the Council, staff, and/or the community at large. ►/^ Associated Information: Ordinance Budget Approval: Legal Approval: ZZ _Introduced For Passage x First Reading Page of Referral ye rym+.a(wfl Oo+e- +a /St 199b 96-267 Moped to Councilor Baldacci June 10, 1996 CITY OF BANGOR (TITLE.)
