The City acquired for nonpayment of taxes a mobile home located on
Lot #14 at 1337 Hammond Street. There are outstanding taxes o
this account for 1994, 1995 and 1996. The Finance Committee has
authorized Ron Pluth of LaGrange to purchase the mobile home for
payment of the back taxes totalling $212.47.
Mr. Pluth has requested to purchase a second mobile home located at
Lot #37 at 1337 Hammond Street. Tax liens on this mobile home also
matured. However, the City waived foreclosure and did not acquire
title to this mobile home due to its condition. Instead having. to
take other steps to collect the outstanding taxes on this account
for 1994, 1995 and 1996 totalling $411.41, the Finance Committee
recommended that Mr. Plush negotiate a direct sale with the Owner
of the mobile home. The owner has agreed to sell the mobile home
and the Finance Committee has agreed to release the City's interest
in it to Mr. Pluth for $100.

ORDERED,
THAT Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, 1s hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in two
mobile homes located on Lots #14 and 037 at 1337 Hammond Street in
said Bangor by virtue of undischarged municipal mal estate tax
liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall
be directed to Ron Pluth, successor in title to Danasa Carson and
William E. Thomas II, respectively.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to RON
PLUTH, successor in title to Danasa Carson and William B. Phomas
II, respectively, of LaGrange, Penobscot County, Maine, the
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows:

1958 8x32 Narvin mobile home S#2191964 located
on Lot #14 at 1337 Hammond Street in Bangor.

Being the same premises acquired by -said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
year 1994 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry Of Deeds in
volume 5660, Page 355.
1967 10x46 Star mobile home located on Lot #37
at 1337 Hammond Street in Bangor. This is
further designated as account number 84319.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
year 1994 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
volume 5661, Page 311.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1994. All public easements or other
public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or
other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this irstrumen$ to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER. Finance Director,. thereunto dulyauthorized, this
day of June, 1996.
