The Treasurer's office has recently discovered a 1992 tax lien
which was erroneously discharged. A new discharge was prepared but
admirecorded. Because this is an error by the City, the $70
nistrative quitclaim fee is being waived. The purpose of this
Order is to correct the error in the original discharge.

ORDERED.
THAT Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Dead releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 61 Yankee Avenue in said Bangor by virtue of a
undischarged municipal real estate tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Heeds. Said deed shall be directed to Roger
and RObertine, La Chan Ce, successors in interest to Yankee
Properties, Inc.

ANNICIPAL oDITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located i
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to ROGER LACHANCE and ROBERTINE LAGRANGE, successors
in interest to Yankee Properties, Inc., as Grantees, both of
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the property located in Bangor,
and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 61 Yankee Avenue, and
further described in volume 4958, Page 5, and
Volume 5431, Page 162, Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds. This property is further designated
as City of Bangor real estate tax account number
59236, Assessor's Map R14, Lot 206.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by Sohn Quartararo, Tax Collector) for
unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1992 by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 5345,
Page 52.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by
virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1992. All public
easements or other public interests in the described premises for
roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of June, 1996.
