Welch Ref: Parking on Main St. by Patten Gary, The small turn out parking area on Main St. by Patten is a popular spot for gatherings at night which lends to problems on Main St. Since Perry's Restaurant is no longer using this area, could we get a change in the Parking Ordinance to make this parking only 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.? This would eliminate one more place for people to gather and not seriously impact the neighborhood. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 135.1 96-202 d\ {• Proposed 4'° No Parking d between Sunset & Sunrise
