Dinsmore. Mrs. Dinsmore is of the Walsh family which has awned the
property since 1897. Rio Street has always been used as a driveway
to the property. It was discontinued as a public ay by Council

THAT
Edward A. Barrett, City Manager, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the half
of Rio Street which abuts property at 31 Sidney Street to Frank B.
Dinsmore and Janie C. Dinsmore, said Ria Street having been
discontinued by the Council Order 305-2 dated October 25, 1972.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine,
located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for
Consideration paid, releases to FRANK B. DINSMORE and JAMIE C.
DINSMORE, husband and wife, both of Veazie, Penobscot County,
Maine, as Joint tenants, not as tenants in common, the land i
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine more particularly described as
followa:
Beginning on the westerly side of Rio Street,
so-called, as show on a subdivision plan of
George Savage dated December 5, 1864 and
recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds
in Plan Book Vol. 2, Page 50, at the most
southeasterly corner of land of Winona Walsh a
more particularly described in deed of James e9
Walsh to James F. Walsh dated May 16, 1990 and
corded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds
in Book 4646, Page 70; thence at a right angle
to the westerly side of said Rio Street,
so-called, in a southeasterly direction a
distance of approximately s enteen and one-half
(17.5) feet to the center line of said Ria
Street, so-called; thence in a southwesterly
direction a distance of approximately
sixty-seven and one-half (67.5) feet at all
times running parallel to the southeasterly
boundary of said land of Winona Walsh; thence at
a right angle in a northwesterly direction a
distance of approximately seventeen and one-half
(17.5) feet to the most southwesterly corner of
said land of Winona Walsh; thence in a
northeasterly direction along the southeasterly
.boundary of said land of Winona Walsh a distance
of approximately sixty-seven and one-half (67.5)
feet to the point of beginning.
Meaning and intending to convey a rectangular
parcel approximately sixty-seven and one-half
(67.5) feet long and seventeen and one-half
(17.5) feet wide, said parcel being a portion of
Rio Street, so-called, as show on a subdivision
plan of George Savage dated December 5, 1864 and
corded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds
n Book 2, Page 50. The above-described portion
of said Rio Street, so-called, was discontinuted
by the City of Bangor by Council Order 305-2,
dated October 25, 1972.

Excepting and reserving all public easements of
record for sewer or utility purposes created
after the date of recording of said George
Savage subdivision plan recorded in Plan Book
vol. 2, Page 50, Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument tO be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
EDWARD A. BARNETT, City Manager, thereunto duly authorized,
this day of 1996.
