Commentary:
City sewer liens on the 'property at 32 Maple Street have matured,
resulting in the City acquiring title. When the City allows late
redemption of tax -foreclosed or sewer lien -foreclosed property, our
stated policy is to issue a quitclaim deed to the property owner or
mortgage holder who has paid the taxes or other charges concerned.
In this instance, the mortgage holder wishes to I� have � thte" title stay

TBAT Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
Authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Dead releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 32 Maple Street in said Bangor by virtue of
matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Michael P.
D'Errico and Susan R. D'Errico.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to MICHAEL P. D'ERRICO AND SUSAN R.D'ERRICO, as
Grantees, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the property located
in Bangor, and more particularly described as follows:
A certain lot or parcel of land, with the
buildings thereon, situated in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, on the westerly side of Maple
Street, formerly called Mechanic Street, bounded
and described as follows, viz.
Lot number ten (10) according to a plan recorded
in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, in Plan Book 1,
Page 39, made for John Barker by Japheth Gilman,
September 8, 1843, of part of lot number
eighty-two (82) Holland's plan called the Boyd
lot. The lot hereby conveyed being sixty (60)
feet in front on the street and extending back
one hundred and ten (118) feet, according to
said plan.
Being the same premises as described in a
Warranty Deed with covenants from Donald G.
Townsend to the Grantees herein, dated January
12, 1984 and recorded in Volume 3486, Page 109,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Any and all other rights, aaents, privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the granted
estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any
interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by
virtue of unpaid sewer charge liens recorded in Volume 5642, Page
359; volume 5642, Page 360; Volume 5642, Page 361 and Volume 5642,
Page 362, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements o
other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers,
or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
