In this instance, the mortgage holderhes to have the title stay t in the name of the homeowners. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 38 Jowett Street in said Bangor by virtue of matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Robert A. Staples and Susan M. Staples as joint tenants. Councilman 96-191 The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to ROBERT A. STAPLES AND SUSAN M. STAPLES, as joint tenants, both of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantees, the property located in Bangor, and more particularly described as follows: A certain lot or parcel of land together with the buildings thereon, situated in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Being Lot Number One Hundred Seventy -Three (173) as described in a plan of lots made by Prentiss& Carlisle, Co., Inc., for Bangor Garden Homes, Inc., and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 20, Pages 04-06, asmended by plan recorded in Plan Book 20, Page 108, of said Registry, hereby referred to. Being the same premises as described in a Warranty Deed from Stephen D. Crawford and Darla J. Crawford to the Grantees, dated September 29, 1970 and recorded in volume 2914, Page 122, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid sewer charge liens recorded in volume 5642, Page 301; volume 5642, Page 302; volume 5642, Page 303 and volume 5642, Page 304, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I.
