Amending Chapter 291, Vehicles and Traffic, Article III, Section 40, Schedule I, of the Code of the City of
Bangor — Prohibited Parking — Broadway
Summary
This ordinance will eliminate one parking space near the northern end of the traffic island in the center of
Broadway in front of John Bapst Memorial High School. This will enable drivers on Somerset crossing
Broadway from west to east to see traffic moving north on Broadway more clearly.

ORDINANCE, Amending Chapter 291, Vehicles and Traffic, Article III, Section 40, Schedule I, of the Code of
the City of Bangor, By Prohibiting Parking on a Portion of Broadway
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR AS FOLLOWS, THAT
Chapter 291, Schedule I of the Code of the City of Bangor be amended as follows:
