Approved IPUBLIC HEARING: 03-118 ORDER Directing the City Clerk to Prepare Warrants and Ballots—Referendum CROWLEY for Approval of Slot Machines at a Commercial Racetrack in the City of Bangor ACTION Motion Made and Seconded to Open Public Hearing.Public Hearing I Opened. Ed Rudnicki, 281 Norway Road, expressed his concern regarding lack of public information concerning the Capital Seven proposal. Hoolae Paoa, CEO of Capital Seven,gave some details regarding the proposal. Ruth Shook, 11 Hewey Street, requested that the referendum I election be delayed until November. .Motion Made and Seconded to Close Public Hearing. Public Hearing Closed.
