Hoolae Paoa, CEO of Capital Seven,gave some details regarding the
proposal. Ruth Shook, 11 Hewey Street, requested that the referendum
I election be delayed until November. .Motion Made and Seconded to
Close Public Hearing. Public Hearing Closed.
