I 02-227 ORDER Designating Tentative Developer for City Owned Property on New BALDACCI

ACTION Motion Made and Seconded for Passage
IPublic Comments: Andrew Hamilton,Plaisted St., representing
the Jon Dawson Project,gave details for this proposal. Cindy
Orcutt,Landscape Architect, explained the reasons for Dawson's
I several design options. Jim Kaiser, representing Fairway Circle
Realty Trust,gave a brief re-cap of their original proposal.
Mike Rogan,New York Street, objected to Dawson's Option B.
Paul Chaiken,Royal Road, expressed concerns high density and
potential traffic problems. Laura Berry,Norway Road, signed a
petition distributed by Mr.Eames which she now feels was
misleading. Carl Snow, Laurel Circle, consultant to Fairway
I Circle Realty Trust, gave additional details of this proposal.

Jon Dawson as Tentative Developer
Motion Made and Seconded to Further Amend Order by adding
' at the end of the Order `Staff is further authorized to include in
these discussions Dawson's Option A and Option B and with a
limit of 13 units to be constructed on the City owned parcel."
