Sewer Abatement Quarterly Report Andy Rudzinski provide the Committee with an outline. No Action Necessary 2. Stormwater Agreement & Easement: Bangor Housing Authority Richard May and John Theriault briefed the Committee on the agreement and easement with Bangor Housing Authority necessary to begin the Old Capehart Bioretention Cell Project in the Capehart Brook watershed. No Action Necessary 3. Agreement: MDOT Modification 1 to WIN #20895.00, Ohio Street & Fourteenth Street – Additional Funding John Theriault explained Maine Department of Transportation increased funding for the project. A modification to the original agreement would need to be executed by the City Manager. Motion Made and Seconded, Unanimous Vote to pass. 4. Discussion: Sidewalk Grant The City of Bangor is applying for Grants through Maine Department of Transportation for sidewalks on:  Hogan Road  Buck Street John Theriault outlined his intention to apply for MDOT grants for sidewalks on Hogan and Buck Street. Motion Made and Seconded, Unanimous Vote to pass. 1 5. Discussion: Rezoning 73 Harlow Street, City Hall & Easements for Retaining Wall John outline steps necessary for the upcoming City Hall/Park Street Retaining Wall Project. Rezoning would be required to allow for the expansion of parking and a smaller building in conjunction with the project. The project would also require an easement with the Unitarian Universalist Society, who abuts the work site area. No Action Necessary John Theriault added another item that was not previously on the Agenda, as it was presented to him prior to the meeting. An easement would need to be executed between the City of Bangor and Emera for work Emera proposed on Valley Avenue and Kenduskeag Avenue, under the interstate. The work would consist of replacing existing poles on high transmission lines. No Action Necessary Meeting Adjourned. 2
