The parcels are of n use or benefit to the school. The School Committee and the Finance Committee have .approved the conveyances. The Finance Cormittee has recommanded that the properties be conveyed at no cost other than the fees for preparation and recording of documents. Councilman 1' v 96-158 MDNICIPAL OVITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation organized and existing under Red by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to ROY A. MBCGREGOR and MARY W. MacGREGOR, husband and wife, both of Bangor, Penobacot County, Maine, as Grantees, all right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the land located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more Particularly described as follows, A certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 492 at a point in the northwest line of Lot 4111 as shown on a plan of the Savage Farm recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 5, Page 9 and described in a deed from Ethelyn Howard to Roy A.
