Commentary:
These are conveyances of small parcels of City property at Fifth
Street School to three abutting landowners. The parcels are of n
use or benefit to the school. The School Committee and the Finance
Committee have .approved the conveyances. The Finance Cormittee has
recommanded that the properties be conveyed at no cost other than
the fees for preparation and recording of documents.

authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute MunicipalQuitclaimDeeds, conveying certain parcels behind
Fifth Street School to abutting land owners, Richard & Cynthia
Sayles, Mary & Roy. MacGregor, and Samuel & Stephanie Graves. Said
deeds shall be substantially in theforms attached hereto.

MDNICIPAL OVITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation organized and
existing under Red by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine,
located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for
consideration paid, releases to ROY A. MBCGREGOR and MARY W.
MacGREGOR, husband and wife, both of Bangor, Penobacot County,
Maine, as Grantees, all right, title and interest of the Grantor in
and to the land located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more

A certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, bounded and described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 492 at a point in the
northwest line of Lot 4111 as shown on a plan of the Savage
Farm recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Plan Book
5, Page 9 and described in a deed from Ethelyn Howard to Roy A.
MacGregor and Mary W. MacGregor and recorded in the Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds in Volume 1504, Page 67; thence
southwesterly, by and along an extension of the southwest line
of Lot 492, thirty-eight and forty-five one hundredths (38.45)
feet, more or less, to the intersection with an extension of
southeast line of Lot 493 and Lot 494; thence southwesterly, by
and along an extension of the southeast line of Lot #93 and Lot
#94 sixty-five and five tenths (65.5) feet, more or less, to
the northeast line of Savage St..; thence northwesterly, by and
along said Savage St., thirty-eight and forty-five one
hundredths (38.45) feet, more r less, to the southeast corner
of Lot 491; thence northeasterly, by and along the southeast
line of Lot #91 and the northwest line of Lot #111, sixty-five
and five tenths (65.5) feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
Excepting and reserving all public easements of record for
sewer or utility purposes.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by EDWARD

thence southwesterly, by and along an extension of the
southwest lines of Lot #93 and thirty-eight and forty-five one
hundredths (38.45) feet, more or less, to the intersection with
an extension of southeast line of Lot #93 and Lot #94; thence
