ORDERED: That NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and its successors and
assigns and is/are hereby authorized and permitted to erect and mutation poles and cables and wires to be placed
thereon, together with such sustaining, supporting aanc proceeded futures as said Company stay deem requisite,
in. alon& upon and across the public sheets and highways of mid Tosvn as hereinafter designated, as requested in
application of said Company dated the 1st day ofMerch, 1996.
All construction under this permit shall be in accordance with the following specifications: The poles shall his

thereon, including the necessary sustaining supporting and protecting futures in, along upon and
across the following named public streets and highways:
