The net cost of the project i estimated to be $40,160 with annual electrical savings of $14,690. In addition, this proposal will eliminate anticipated costs to repair and keep operational the Civic Center's lighting system. Funding Ior this project is available within axisting capital projects for the Complex. The Order will authorize the transfer of $43,000 from these projects to a new capital project to be established for this purpose. The additional funds will be used for ballast and light disposal. This proposal has been discussed on several occasions by the Bass Park Committee and, at its most recent meeting, byTheCommittee which reends your approval.
