Since that time, all outstanding smear charges have been paid. Mr. Nenneberry's 1994 real estate taxes and all but approximately $400.00 of his 1995 real estate taxes have been paid. The execution of this deed has been approved by the Finance Committee. Beller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 39 Blackstone Street and 198 Ohio Street in said Bangor by virtue of unpaid sewer charge liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Gary S. Henneberry. Assigned to �.....: 96-ll9 The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to GARY S. HENNEBERRY, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, the land in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine more particularly described as follows, CZ13�130'��i' A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon situated on the westerly side of Ohio Street in said Bangor, bounded and described as follows, viz: beginning at an iron bolt o near -the -westerly line of Ohio Street, distant about ninety (90) feet, northerly from a point where the westerly line of Ohio Street intersects the northeasterly line of Highland Avenue, measured on said line of Ohio Street; said bolt also being at the northeast corner of a lot of land now or formerly owned or occupied by Sidney G. Robinson, thence northerly on and by said line of Ohio Street about fifty-one and one half (51-1/2) feet to a point twenty (20) feet northerly of the northeast corner of the house on the lot herein conveyed, thence westerly ninety (90) feet to a point on the easterly line of land formerly owned oroccupied by one Patterson, new owned or occupied by DanownedcA. Williams; thence at right angles southerly on the last mentioned line about fifty-one (51) feet to a point on the northeasterly line of Highland Avenue; thence southeasterly on and by said line of Highland Avenue about thirty-two (32) feet to the northerly line of land owned by Sidney G. Robinson, thence easterly on the northerly line of land owned by said Robinson seventy-five (75) feet more or less to the bound begun at. Being the same premises as described in deed of Marjorie L. Covell to Gary J. Henneberry dated March 31, 1989 and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Vol. 4425, Page 230. PARCEL TWO: Beginning at a point on Blackstone Street at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of H.B. Maynard; thence southerly by land of said Maynard, eighty-seven and one-half feet (87-1/2'); thence easterly at right angles with the line last mentioned, fifty feet (50'); thence northerly at right angles with last 96-119 -2- mentioned line, eighty-seven and one-half feet (87-1/21) to Blackstone Street; thence by Blackstone Street, fifty feet (501) to the point of beginning. Being the same premises conveyed to Roland Edwin Nickerson by Agnes M. Coffey by deed dated October 11, 1930 and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in volume 1047, Page 355. Said Roland Edwin Nickerson died testate November 30, 1988, and the Grantor herein was appointed as Personal Representative on January 11, 1989, Penobscot County Registry of Probate, Docket @89-20-0. Any and all other rights, -easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging tothe granted estate are hereby conveyed. Being the same premises as described in deed of Lucille N. Anthony, duly appointed and acting Personal Representative of the estate of Roland Edwin Nickerson to Gary J. Henneberry dated August 11, 1909 and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Vol. 4499, Page 007. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid sewer charge liens recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Vol. 5847, Page 185; Vol. 5847, Page 186; Vol. 5847, Page 187; Vol. 5847, Page 188; Vol. 5958, Page 258; Vol. 5958, Page 259; Vol. 5958, Page 260; Vol. 5958, Page 261; Vol. 5642, Page 245; Vol. 5642, Page 246; Vol. 5642, Page 250; Vol. 5642, Page 251; Vol. 5642, Page 252; Vol. 5642, Page 253; Vol. 5642, Page 254; Vol. 5642, Page 257; Vol. 5642, Page 275; Vol. 5643, Page 232; Vol. 5643, Page 233; Vol. 5643, Page 234; and Vol. 5643, Page 235. Grantor does not release Grantee for unpaid property taxes assessed against the property for tax years 1995 through the present. All public easements o ether public interests in the described premises for roads, sewer or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I.
