On Tuesday, Jabutry 30, 1996, presenations Rare made by these three firms to a Committee composed of various City staff add Members of the City Nureirg Facility along with City Councilor Pat Blanchette. On January 31st, the full Nursing Facility Advisory Board met and the results of the prior day's meeting were reviewed and discussed. The attached menorandum provides greater detail on these recomnendations. The attached order would authorize a contract with Baker, Newman and Noyes to perform the comparative cost study and reimbursement analysis in the amount of $8,000. In order to fund this study, the Order also authorizes the transfer of $8,000 from the City's General Fund Contingency account to the General Fund contribution to the City Nursing Facility.
