This adds section 4.6 to provide for special parking permits and a new Schedule XIII to designate the special permit parking areas. THAT Chapter III, Art. 6, Sec. 4 is hereby amended by adding the following: 4.6 Parking Prohibited Except for Vehicles with Special Permits - Schedule XIII To stop, stand or park any vehicle other than a vehicle displaying a valid special permit on those streets or portions of parking areas duly posted and which are described or specified in Schedule XIII. and be it further ordained THAT, the Plan for the Downtown Management District shall be amended to delete Spaces numbered 1124 through and including 1128 on. Court Street from one hour parking. and be it further ordained THAT, Chapter III, Art. 6 of the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor be amended by adding the following, .SCHEDULE %III Sec. 21 Special Permit Parking. In accordance with Chapter III, Ant. 6, Sec. 4.6 Ordinances of the City of Bangor, parking shall be prohibited at all locations not designated as special permit parking on the plan for the Downtown Parking Management District, and on the following streets: Name Location 1.
