Item Na l: Amending the Land DevelopmentCode - Chapter Vim, Article 20, Table V -L
City of Bangor, apphcad. C.O496-105.
a. In Jammy of 1993, the City amended theland Development Code (C.O. # 93-59) to
provide separate side and rear yard dwenaovs for accessory structures in the done
developed area, residential, zoning districts G l 1, URD -2, and M& SD). That
ammWmerd neglected to amend the Table showing all of the dimensional requirements Cm
Article 20). This Ordinance would correct that omission by adding those accessory use
mtrdmed side yard and red yard ralutremed; of five feet in those three zoning distdds to
the Table.
b. This is basically a"housekeeping" amendment as the Ordinance abeady has those
requirements in it elsewhere, sa Staff would recommend that the Planting Budd
recommend this dawalment to the City Canoed
