Commentary:
Recently, taxes for the years 1994, 1995 and the first half of 1996
were paid on the property located at 15 Walter Street. The purpose
of this Order Is to release any interest the City may have in the
real estate described in the Order by virtue of an undischarged
municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for
tax year 1994 against property currently owned by Louis Hornstein A
Company, Inc., successor in title to Derek Thomas. The
administrative quitclaim fee hasbeen paid.

authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Dead releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 15 Walter Street in saidBangorby Virtue of - -an

undischarged municipal real estate tax lien for 1994. Said deed
shall be directed to Louis Bornstein & Company, Inc., successor in
title to. Derek Thomas.'

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation, located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Heine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to LOUIS BORNSTEIN 6 COMPANY, INC., of Somerville,
Massachusetts, as successor in title to Derek Thomas, the property
located In said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 15 Walter Street in said
Bangor and further described in Volume 5334,
Page BE and Volume 5593, Page 242, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. This property is further
designated as City of Bangor real estate,tax
account number 66200.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by J. Thomas Hicks, Collector of Taxes)
for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1994 by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 5662,
Page 158.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by
virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1994. All public
easements or other public interests in the described premises for
reads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of February, 1996.
