Building 530 contains electrical equipment which controls the mnway'15' approach system. Power mrtendy is fedfrom BHB line 3g which will be removedfrom around the north and of the noway. Part of the proposed easement location includes an existing pole line owned by the City which will be conveyed to BM as part of live Action. This proposed Action has been reviewed by the Airport Manager, who is in agreement. Thereisabuildingon City of Bangor property near the runway which is prdendy occupied by the FAA and to which weare providing service from Line#38. The Air NadonalC referstothisbuildingas Building No. 530 on its plans (partied copy enclosed). Bangor Hydro has proposed a new route to provide electric service to Building No. 530 which we have presented to Mr Ziegler at)314, Pve mentioned it to you and I've tried to contact W Stumpfeldm regard to it without success. We propose to extend our existing line on Downing Road to its terminus and than continue along the discontinued portion to the chain fink fence. From there we would lie into anexisting line owned by the City of Bangor and follow it northwesterly to Budding No. 530 (sketch enclosed). We would own this line including the section of fine presently owned by the City I have mclosed an ensemem deed and abill of sale for your inspection. Please verify the source deed references in the easement document If these meet with the City's approval, please have them properly executed and returned to me in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
