Proclamation: Proclaiming April 27, 2009 as Arbor Day in the City of Bangor GRATWICK PUBLIC COMMENTS: Mr. Sennett expressed his concern regarding the sidewalks in the old Capehart area and the need for better signage around the school. Ms. Barbara Olfull stated that the Pushaw Road was in major disrepair and she had asked General Assistance for help when she had no place to live while attending college but was told that there was no help available for college students.
