COUNCILOR Called to order at 7:30 p.m. Chaired by council Chair Weston Councilors Present: All Adjourned at 9:30 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT: Michael Tatarcyk spoke about a broken water main at his Apartment building on Winter Street. Kathy Moriarty from the Bangor Water District Stated that the City of Bangor does not have any jurisdiction over this, it is a private Water line. Adam Williams of 42 Winter Street had a paper signed by citizens on the Street to have the main repaired, he stated they would check with the Public Utilities Commission. Councilor Baldacci would like this topic to be added to the infrastructure Committee meeting. Councilor Blanchette stated there is an advocate that would go to Augusta and speak for the group.
