COUNCILOR Called to Order at 7:30p.m. Chaired by Council Chair Hawes Councilors Present: All Adjourned at 10:10 p.m. Public Recognition: Mr. David Breen, President of the Rotary Club, presented the City with a Certificate of Appreciation. PUBLIC COMMENT: Mr. Michael Gleason of Walter Street expressed his Frustration regarding several traffic issues in the city and submitted to the Council a traffic assessment and revision plan. Mr. Mark Arnold questioned the cost of the arena, the process for selecting a firm to manage the new meeting complex and urged the council to be transparent in its decisions.
