MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING BANGOR CITY COUNCIL – JUNE 27, 2011

Public Recognition: Mr. David Breen, President of the Rotary Club, presented
the City with a Certificate of Appreciation.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Mr. Michael Gleason of Walter Street expressed his
Frustration regarding several traffic issues in the city and submitted to the
Council a traffic assessment and revision plan.
Mr. Mark Arnold questioned the cost of the arena, the process for selecting
a firm to manage the new meeting complex and urged the council to be
transparent in its decisions.
