Ms. Judy Judking, sister of Mr. David Brown, spoke in support
Of her brother, and offered to be a project manager of the
Renovation of this property.
Mr. Steve Parker of Mariaville, is a friend of Mr. Brown and
Stated that he was going to be the contractor for the
Renovation and asked that the council give Mr. Brown a break.
Mr. Brown explained that he has the funds to pay the back taxes,
Stated that he has the funds to complete the building and
That Mr. Parker is a talented builder.
Staff recommended that funds to complete the renovation could
be placed in an escrow account and that a reasonable timeline to
Complete the renovation should be agreed upon before the next council
Meeting.
