PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 136 Broadway – Tate-Fitch, P.A.
To consider a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 14” x 61.5” wall
sign.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness approval granted by a vote of 4 to 0.
2. 77 Broadway – House Revivers
To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness approval to replace all storm
windows – aluminum double tracks with new Harvey Truchannel Black storm windows.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0
3. 48-56 Main Street – House Revivers
To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness approval and Design Review
approval to replace awning covers on the Main Street side of the building.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval granted by a
vote of 5 to 0.
4. 74 Main Street – Ames A/E for Realty Resources
To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval to
construct an enclosure for cogeneration units.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval granted by a
vote of 5 to 1 with the condition that the project meets all required applicable codes.
The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the third floor Council
Chambers.
